Big thanks to Joe, Chelsey and Ami who guided us through the potential options for our solar and battery setup. The installation week went smoothly, with Jay and Ricky weathering some torrential weather to get the panels on the roof, resulting in a neat installation with bird proofing to the main roof. The installation of the battery was completed neatly and was the first Nick had installed of this generation. After a week of living with the system, we are delighted with the results so far. I would not hesitate to recommend Greener Energy Ltd and look forward to working with them again, when expanding our battery system in the future. Had a roofing problem requiring the panels installed back in 2015 to be removed and then reinstalled back in 2022 by a different company. Had intermittent problems with the panels not generating when wet due to an earthing issue. Joe from Greener Future has been excellent. He identified the problem during first visit and suggested optimisers needed replacing. The fault has now been fully resolved and all panels are producing. A problem that was haunting me for almost 6 months was resolved within 2 weeks and would have been even quicker if we hadn’t experienced such awful weather recently. Joe kept in contact daily, quote provided and work completed at a convenient time for me and the weather. Panels were also cleaned, all optimisers replaced and all fixings repaired.
